問(wen)題原因(yin):在模(mo)(mo)切(qie)時(shi)(shi),經(jing)常會(hui)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)模(mo)(mo)切(qie)產品切(qie)邊(bian)不光潔、起毛(mao)的現(xian)象,特別(bie)是離壓(ya)(ya)痕線較近的一些切(qie)邊(bian)處(chu)情(qing)況更為嚴重。這是由于在模(mo)(mo)切(qie)合壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),模(mo)(mo)切(qie)版上的膠條、壓(ya)(ya)痕鋼線對紙張(zhang)產生了拉(la)力(li),紙張(zhang)在未(wei)被(bei)完全切(qie)穿時(shi)(shi)就(jiu)被(bei)產生的拉(la)力(li)拉(la)斷,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)了毛(mao)邊(bian)。  

解決方法:

首先要(yao)根據紙(zhi)(zhi)張選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)類型(xing)的(de)模切刀。模切刀包(bao)括直紋(wen)刀和橫紋(wen)刀,兩種紋(wen)路的(de)刀鋒(feng)又(you)有高(gao)矮(ai)之分,刀鋒(feng)形成的(de)紋(wen)路和高(gao)矮(ai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong),直接(jie)關系到(dao)模切質量和模切刀的(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)。在避免模切起毛方面,直紋(wen)刀比橫紋(wen)刀好;在使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)方面,矮(ai)鋒(feng)刀比高(gao)鋒(feng)刀好。在模切覆膜卡紙(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),應選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)直紋(wen)高(gao)鋒(feng)刀,且(qie)要(yao)求刀鋒(feng)是磨(mo)制(zhi)的(de),最好不(bu)要(yao)采用(yong)(yong)壓凹凸一次成型(xing)工藝,否則壓力太大(da)(da)會(hui)對模切產(chan)生很大(da)(da)影響;而在加工普通卡紙(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)宜選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)矮(ai)鋒(feng)刀,并根據紙(zhi)(zhi)張纖維的(de)質量來確(que)定(ding)刀鋒(feng)的(de)紋(wen)路。

2、模切(qie)(qie)機壓(ya)(ya)(ya)痕(hen)產生(sheng)“爆線(xian)”和(he)(he)“暗(an)線(xian)”  問(wen)題(ti)原(yuan)因:“爆線(xian)”是指由于模切(qie)(qie)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)痕(hen)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力過大,超(chao)過了紙張纖維的承受極限,使(shi)紙張纖維斷裂或(huo)部分斷裂;“暗(an)線(xian)”是指不應有的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)痕(hen)線(xian),一般是由于模切(qie)(qie)版和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)痕(hen)鋼線(xian)選擇(ze)不合適、模切(qie)(qie)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力調節不當、紙張質(zhi)量差、紙張纖維方向與模切(qie)(qie)版排刀方向不一致、紙張含水(shui)量低導致柔韌性(xing)下降等原(yuan)因所(suo)引起(qi)的。

Solution: Choose the appropriate die; proper cutting pressure adjustment; in the cutting die before the first print to be placed in the workshop for some time; increase the relative humidity of the workshop environment.
